"Fit For Summer"with the personal trainers in Denver
My name is Kent Paul, I have been a personal trainers in Denver and nutrition coach Denver from 17 years in the fitness and nutrition industry and I have a formula that is guaranteed to get you "Fit For Summer".
This formula has 4 steps:
1)Set a specific goal with timeline
2)Declare your commitment to your goal
3)Surrender to a successful program
4)Create an accountability system
Goal:
This is the foundation for a change because you need to be very clear what it is you wish to accomplish. Many people come in my office and tell me their goal is to feel better which is too vague. I always ask them to go deeper and be very specific. For example a woman going from wanting to feel fit for summer versus a goal of dropping 2 sizes in 60 days before her family vacation.
Commitment:
"Are you committed to your goal or do you want your goal?" This is the number one question to move into success. Everyone "wants" things to be better in life but how many people actually "commit" to change something in their life? This is what separates" average" people with "champion" people. Are you willing to change priorities and schedules in your daily life to achieve your goal? Every change in life must have a scarifies connected to it.
Program:
I encourage you to research proven programs that you are willing to surrender to and not fight the process to achieve your swimsuit body. The programs at with Turbo training fitness center have exercise, nutrition, and motivation components. Let me give you a few tips to get you started. Exercise aerobically every morning before breakfast for 45 min with an elevated heart rate, eat a small meal every 3 hours including animal source protein and green veggies, do not eat complex carbohydrates after 3pm, do not eat any food after 8pm, and drink at least 80 oz water daily. Every adult needs weight training workouts at least 3 times per week to maintain bone density, muscle mass/tone, and metabolism.
Accountability:
This is my secret weapon. I can't tell you how many people I have met over the years that miss this step. We all are programmed to need accountability to keep us on track to achieve our goals. Change does not come easy or natural for people. We are "comfort" creatures that avoid discomfort and let's face it, change is always uncomfortable. Therefore we need people (coaches) to keep us all on track.
I have coached thousands of people over 17 years and these steps, if followed, work one hundred percent of the time. If you have questions or want to know more on how to be fit for summer contact me at personal trainers colorado
